![]() ![]() I would actually wake up 5 minutes before my alarm, so I end up turning off my phone alarm. (Not the bright white Target ceiling light kind!!!) There is no sound using this "alarm" btw, it's more of a set schedule of the light brightening. I set it so that the light will gradually brighten to 100% brightness, soft white/yellowish tint. I explored with the features and tried out the wake up schedule. I bought a light set from Philip's Hue because I just like coloured lights. Now with my experience with the Light alarm: This made me so groggy!! Also incredibly sad that this silly alarm sound would determine the rest of my day. I tried to put plenty of alarms, with 15 minutes gap. This made me miss out on so many simple and big events ): Like farmer's market, hang outs, job opportunities that took place in the AM, etc. I couldn't remember the last time I fell asleep earlier than 11 PM. Then cook dinner, chores, and sleep past 1 AM. I was always the closer or my other jobs these past 5 years, would get out around 9 pm the latest. My background: I recently got a job that required me to be in the center at 6 AM, meaning I would need to wake up at 4 AM. Used Philip's hue bulb bluetooth, no sound. They work wonderful for me, no grogginess upon waking up. This is a productivity subreddit - we know you can find a way to do it yourself! This is not the correct place to be fundraising.
